How Can Affiliates Update Payout Methods?

For your security, payment changes cannot be made directly within your account. You'll need to contact your affiliate manager. Here's how to do it... 

You'll need to request a payment change inside your affiliate portal by clicking Account then clicking on Payment Information:

Then, click the Request Payment Changes button to request that your payment method is updated:

In order to process changes quickly, PLEASE ENSURE YOU SEND YOUR NEW PAYMENT INFORMATION WITH YOUR REQUEST!

Don't simply say "I want to update my payment to PayPal," or "I'd like to update my wiring information. Send your new details with the payment change request. 

Payments are biweekly on the 10th and 25th of every month. 

We pay twice per month, on the 10th (for period 2 - 16th to the end of the month, of the previous month) and 25th (for period 1 - 1st-15th, of the current month).

We will do our best to accommodate your payment change, however, if you request a payout change once the payout is already processing, we won’t be able to make the change in time for the current payout. 

Please notify us as far in advance as possible. Payout changes take 48 hours to take effect.

SellHealth Payout Methods:

• Wire (minimum $200, no fee for amounts over $1,000, $20 fee for less than $1,000)
• TransferWise, now known as WISE (minimum $50, no fee)
• ACH
• Must complete & sign a SellHealth ACH form
• $50 minimum (must be US bank)
• PayPal - min. $50: Please send your PayPal email
• BTC
• $1,000 minimum payout
• Please send your BTC wallet address
• We DO NOT pay with Payoneer or Paxum at this time.

For WISE transfers, please provide the following details so we can set up your account:

• Account name
• Account number
• Email address associated with the WISE account

For wire transfers, please provide the following wire details so we can set up your account:

• Bank name
• Full bank address
• Account name
• Account number
• IBAN (if applicable, this is the account number for international banks that use IBAN)
• SWIFT CODE (international wires)
• ABA # (USA only)
• Your payment threshold amount (for wires there's a $20 fee for less than $1,000)
