If you've clicked your affiliate links and aren't seeing anything show up in your affiliate portal, don't stress... Clicks can take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your affiliate portal.
Sales will show up immediately in your 3rd party tracking platform, which is why we encourage affiliates to use postbacks with every affiliate network they do business with!
If you have a new affiliate account, your first few sales will be held in a "Commission Probation" status while our Fraud Team verifies the sales information. This process generally takes anywhere from 24-48 hours, at which point your commissions will show up in your affiliate portal.
